Work for a local medical facility. We are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator.  In conjunction with project leadership, assists with the development and implementation of program training plan for Super User and End User Training.

  1. Maintain a Client-specific learning timeline to support the center solution implementations.
  2. Scheduling of user training in company software.
    1. All training courses will be built in Healthstream
  3. Tracking of all user-training
    1. Attendance tracking and escalation of no-shows
    2. Competency documentation and tracking
  4. Coordinate localization of Client standard learning materials.
    1. Ensure cohesive design standards are followed
    2. Review materials with design team and user groups (subject matter experts).
    3. Print and distribute learning materials
  5. Manage and oversee Client train domain including maintaining the training domain, developing a database refresh strategy, populating the database with test records.
  6. Maintain training rooms and training room calendars
