Are you excited to build customer and client relationships? A company located in the Santa Clarita Valley is seeking a Bi-Lingual Receptionist to join their family environment. This company has been in business for over 40 years and are passionate about providing customer service.

Additional Job Details:

  1. Welcome and greet all clients and visitors; respond to client and visitors’ inquiries in a courteous                                         
  2. Maintain security by monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
  3. Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate employee while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper phone etiquette.
  4. Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  5. Facilitate client flow by notifying therapists of client’s arrival, being aware of delays/cancellations and communicating with client/clinical staff; schedule client appointments and conduct follow up reminder calls

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Pay Rate: $14/Hour

Location: Valencia

 

Qualifications : Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 
  • AA degree or equivalent of 2 years of work experience in administrative services. 
  • Good knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite or similar products, and other software as required.
  • Good organizational skills and flexibility required.
  • Must maintain a valid California driver’s license, insurance and driving record which complies with agency’s insurance carrier standards.
  • Must possess a valid California driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record under the Clinics' liability policy.  May be required to obtain a Class II California driver’s license. 
  • Must pass all applicable health, fingerprint/LiveScan and DMV clearances.
