Executive Administrative Assistant Job Posting

An international organization that seeks to promote air safety and contributes to aeronautical advancement is looking for an Executive Assistant who is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment in a friendly and professional manner.

Candidate must have excellent grammar and writing skills, with the ability to attend meetings to take notes and prepare meeting minutes. Must be able to occasionally travel to conferences organized in San Diego by the organization. Must be available and able to run any necessary errands in personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement is provided). Must be a Team Player with people skills and strong attention to detail.


This is a full-time, temp-to-hire job opportunity and a great company to work for.

Compensation: $17-$18/Hour (depending on experience)

Benefits: Company offers Medical, Dental, Retirement Plans, and Paid Time Off upon conversion.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

Job Requirements

What you need:

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Experience in QuickBooks with bookkeeping skills is beneficial.
  • Aerospace experience (Preferred)
