Do you enjoy staying busy? Are you seeking a thriving opportunity that is both challenging and rewarding? We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant for a company in Santa Clarita.
You will be assisting a Chief Executive and your job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling meetings and calendar management
- Assisting with planning, scheduling, and executing trips
- Managing expense reports and travel documents
- Acquisition and executive support
- Assisting in the management of corporate documents
- Managing a high volume of scheduling, coordination, compiling reports, and follow up
- Assisting with coordination of executive meetings
- Effectively and efficiently completing administrative tasks (copying, answering phones, maintaining files, etc.)
- Occasionally taking care of CEO personal business as requested
The right candidate will be able to proactively multi-task and strongly juggle all assignments. This is a temp-to-hire position and pays $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Strong multi-tasker
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills
