We are seeking an experienced, top notch Executive Assistant to join a great team.
You will be working REMOTELY, but will be required to work about 18 hours each week in the office.
Candidates should be be able to stay one step ahead, be constantly on the ball, and be able to juggle multiple projects while meeting and exceeding deadlines. You will be assisting the CEO with developing marketing materials, so a great marketing/sales background is required. This candidate must be able to handle the CEO's busy schedule and calendar and effectively and efficiently book/schedule appointments.
Annual Salary: $55,000
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant
- Great with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiar and knowledgeable with various Social Media platforms
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong time management skills
