An established company in Valencia, CA is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-hire basis. The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the CEO and other Senior-Level Executives.

We are seeking a professional candidate with expert communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills who will maintain a busy calendar for the CEO, plan management meetings and retreats, plan and maintain Corporate Calendar, make travel arrangements, handle invoices and expense reports, and more!

What you need:

  • A strong knack for detail and high level of confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results
  • The ability to use professional concepts to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Proven ability to operate in a high-pressure environment

Job Requirements

  • Solid written and verbal presentation skills
  • Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus
  • Sold experience with scheduling and coordinating travel
  • Minimum of 50 wpm typing speed
  • Professional and effective phone etiquette

Hourly Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5:30pm

Location: Valencia, CA 91355
