We are searching for a collaborative candidate who can work within a team, have fun, and promote the company! We are looking for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and wants a job that can make a difference.

Here are some of the responsibilities this person will handle:

  • Source and screen candidates for openings.
  • Schedule interviews for recruiters.
  • Set up candidates on software testing.
  • Data input of candidates into our applicant tracking software.
  • Coordinate time cards and manage weekly payroll/billing function.
  • Check references for all candidates.
  • Assist with developing creative recruiting resources to attract qualified candidates.
  • Network with candidates and past / present staff to promote referrals.

Here are some very important skills this person must have:

  • Strong phone presence with a confident and friendly in-person approach.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks as the day unfolds. This is a very busy role; the right candidate must be able to adjust their workload to meet changing needs.
  • Calm under pressure, able to stay focused while working several projects.
  • Hungry – wants to grow,and wants a career.
  • Someone who likes to network.
  • Proficient with MS Office
