This client of ours has been around in the SCV Valley since the 80's is now seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join their team on a temp to hire basis. If you have great interpersonal skills and strong communication, this is the job for you!

  1. Assist with Benefits Administration
  2. Participate in Benefits Open Enrollment
  3. Assist in organizational Training and Development
  4. Assist branch offices with new-hire paperwork, onboarding, and orientation
  5. Assist in translating employee relations counseling
  6. Support HR Generalist with FMLAand other leaves of absence
  7. Assist with recruiting activities
  8. Assist with maintenance of the HRIS
  9. Maintain Form I-9’s and other HR documentation
  10. Assist and back-up to payroll
  11. Assist with preparation of various HR reports
  12. Complete special projects as needed

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5:30PM

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Location: Valencia, CA

QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have 2-5 years of experience with supporting a Human Resources Department
  • Must be bilingual Spanish
  • Must possess excellent time management, communications, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to work overtime
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple concurrent assignments
