Procurement Administrative Assistant

We are searching for an experienced administrative assistant for this temporary opportunity!
- Executing basic accounting and bookkeeping duties
- Performing regular data entry with account payable and receivable using company specific software
- Assisting with basic office work including filing
- Manage multiple calendars for meetings, conferences, and travel
- Answer phones with excellent customer service communication
Location: Boron, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-3:30PM

- 2 years experience in an administrative position with accounting functions
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong time management skills to balance multiple teams projects and deadlines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in SAP or warehouse/eProcurement software preferred.
