Phenomenal opportunity to work full-time for an established car dealership in the Antelope Valley area! Our client is looking for a receptionist to provide 5-star customer service to guests, both in person and over the phone.
- Greet visitors
- Answer phones, transfer calls or take messages
- Schedule appointments
- Page salespeople or various departments
- Provide clerical assistant to other departments
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
The hours for this position will be Monday-Friday from 9:30AM to 6:30PM. The right candidate will also have a flexible schedule, as the client will utilize their staff for coverage when necessary.
The right candidate will have:
- Prior experience as a receptionist. Preferably in a car dealership
- Friendly, out-going personality
- Multi-tasker with a positive attitude and effective communication and written skills
- Heavy multi-line phone experience
