Accounting Specialist
Job Description
A Valencia company that manufactures motorcycle accessories, graphics and custom parts is seeking an Accounting Specialist! This is a temp-to-hire position that is looking to be filled ASAP! We are looking for candidates that have at least 2 years experience working with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is seeking upward mobility at a company!
Job Duties:
- Organize and Process Financial Transactions
- Prepare Month-End Reports
- Maintain Financial Filing Systems
- Manage Accounts Payable
- Assist with Budget Planning
- Process Sales Credit Card Transactions
- Banking Deposits
- Assist with Clerical and Administrative Tasks
Requirements:
- 2 years experience working with accounting
- Some college work in accounting preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to organize and be independent
- Can-do attitude
Compensation: $20-25/hour, full Benefits once hired, upward mobility!
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
