Job Description
We are seeking a personable and professional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join a great team!
As the face of the front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in person and on the phones. In addition to receptionist and clerical duties, you will be assisting with paperwork and various tasks/projects around the office. You will be managing and updating calendars, coordinating catering for events, travel arrangements, and be in charge of office and kitchen inventory. You will also be learning billing as you get more comortable. You will always have something to do and you will stay busy!
To be successful in this role, one must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, great time management skills, attention to detail, strong multi-tasking abilities, and a proactive and positive attitude.
Location: Valencia, CA
Salary: $18-$22 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Part-time (Mon-Fri, 8am to 2pm), but has the possibility of going full-time (8am-5pm) down the road.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Billing experience a plus
- Able to reliably commute to Valencia, CA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in an administrative support role
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
