A tax firm located in Woodland Hills is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis! This company personalizes financial guidance for local individuals and business management services.

Essential Duties:
Bookkeeping duties involve entering bank transactions for the firms clients, handling client interactions, and preparation of financial statements.
The administrative assistant duties involve a high level of clerical support from scheduling, research, email responses, client phone calls, and organization of documents.
An ideal candidate is one with excellent communication skills, prior bookkeeping experience, and is a team player.
BOOKKEEPING
Enter bank and credit card transactions in QB Deskop/Online and Bank Reconciliations Assists with annual tax preparation for Accountants.
ADMINISTRATIVE
Arrange & coordinate meetings and calls
Scanning and shredding of documents
Purchase supplies and equipment Respond to client emails
Salary: 40-60k Annual
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring accountant to learn the ins and out of working in a CPA office!
