Customer Care Representative
Job Description
A property management company located in Valencia is seeking an outgoing and professional Customer Care Representative to join their team! This company prides itself in their commitment to detail and customer service.
The Customer Care Representative attracts potential customers by answering service questions, suggesting information about other products and services, processing orders, preparing correspondences and fulfilling customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.
Customer Care Reps are the first line of contact customers have with a business which goes without saying, that this candidate should be dedicated and reliable. Seeking a candidate who has a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a customer service role and experience with sales/telemarketing. This CCR will contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Compensation: $16.00-$17.00/Hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Requirements
- 2 years of prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Developing and retaining relationships through listening and implementing a successful plan of action
- Resolving a wide variety of issues through customer education and follow up
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
