A great company in Santa Clarita is looking for an avid multi-tasker and strong communicator to efficiently and successfully run their front desk/reception area.
You are the face of the office, the first person that people see and come in contact with so it's important to have a professional demeanor and a positive attitude. You will be handling mail, email, phones, and paperwork. You may also be required to be of assistance in other areas/departments.
What you need:
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Good typing and data entry skills
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional aptitude
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Location: Santa Clarita, CA
