Job Description

An education-based company in Lancaster is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive self-starter with great communication skills to join their team as an HR Technician. This role will assist with the organization's Summer Hiring primarily.

The HR Technician will perform a full range of varied duties and assist in the company's Human Resources efforts, such as reviewing employee files for compliance purposes, assists in the coordination of recruitment, benefits programs, training, or special projects, and organize/prepares files (for copying, filing, scanning, etc). The HR Technician may also respond to requests from employees and provide appropriate resolution in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality. You may also require you to contact various locations across the county to request necessary paperwork/documentation, as well as contacting instructors to schedule them for orientation and training. 

Compensation: $18/Hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Location: Lancaster, CA

Job Requirements

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Computer proficient and Intermediate or Advance, or Expert skills in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous HR Experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexible availability and scheduling as overtime and weekend work may be required
