Job Description
- Financial Management: Handle all financial transactions excluding tax preparation. This includes reviewing and processing all financial transactions across multiple entities.
- Investment Oversight: Manage and monitor investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals and market conditions.
- Reporting: Compile and present monthly financial reports to provide clear insights into the performance of the investment portfolio and business operations.
- Payroll: Manually manage payroll processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and timely disbursement.
- Business Coordination: Act as a central point for coordinating financial activities with various business units, ensuring seamless operation and strategic alignment.
- Advisory Role: Provide strategic financial advice to the business owner, leveraging your expertise to enhance business decisions.
- Miscellaneous Duties: Manage aspects related to family travel arrangements and handle specific operational tasks related to a personal boat, including financial and logistical management.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Significant experience in high-level financial management, ideally in a multi-business environment.
- Proficient with QuickBooks and other financial software.
- Strong background in investment management and financial planning.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Internet-savvy and resourceful, able to navigate and utilize online tools effectively for business operations.
- Demonstrated integrity, loyalty, and honesty.
- Ability to work independently, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders internally and externally.
