Receptionist
Job Description
An office in the Antelope Valley is looking for a positive and professional Receptionist to join their team.
You will be the first person that customers and clients come in contact with! A warm and friendly demeanor, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills are crucial to the success of this position and the company. You will be answering busy phone lines, assisting walk-in customers, entering information into the computer, schedule appointments, and assisting with various tasks/projects in the office.
Compensation: $16
Schedule: 6am-3pm, Mon-Fri (with some weekend flexibility)
Location: Palmdale/Lancaster area
Job Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
